We love helping you keep your home in absolute tip-top shape, starting right from the ground up! Whether it is a pesky pet scratch, a stubborn stain, or an awkward tear, fixing your carpets is one of the easiest ways to bring that fresh-out-of-the-box feeling back to your home without the hassle of a total replacement.
Maybe you’re wondering how the whole process works when you reach out to us for a carpet repair. Well, we’ve got you covered! Let’s walk through the simple questions we ask to get you a quick, accurate quote and how our transparent pricing works.
When you call or e-mail us here at Carpet Stretch and Rescue, we want to make sure we give you the most speedy and accurate estimate possible. To help us out, be prepared to answer a few friendly questions about your project:
We believe in keeping things crystal clear so there are never any surprises. Pricing depends on how large of an area needs to be patched and how many lineal feet of seaming will be involved.
Here is a quick pro-tip on how to measure: Measure how big of a square patch will be needed to replace the damaged carpeted area.
For example, if you need a 3-foot by 3-foot patch, that would be equal to 12 lineal feet of seaming (3 feet multiplied by the 4 sides of the square equals 12).
We want to make your repair day as stress-free and cheerful as possible, which is why we move furniture at no additional charge (with the exception of unusually large or heavy pieces of furniture).
Best of all? We are so confident in our craftsmanship that we back our work with a “Lifetime of Your Existing Carpet” written guarantee (certain conditions and exclusions may apply)! Ready to make those floors look brand new again? Give us a call or send us an e-mail today, and let’s rescue your carpets together!
